Senior Manager Sales Operations Americas

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Sales Operations Americas will lead the regional Sales Operations function supporting Production Software, enabling a predictable and scalable commercial engine through disciplined processes, effective systems, reliable data, and strong controls.

What You Will Do

The role will lead managers and professional staff across order management, quoting and booking, deal desk, and related commercial support, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, and other teams to strengthen cross-functional handoffs and improve the seller and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, commercial operations, order management/deal desk/order-to-cash, including meaningful people-leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial or sales-support operations in a complex software, technology, or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of quoting, pricing, approvals, booking, order management, and fulfillment handoffs.
• Experience supporting complex and non-standard commercial transactions, including software/subscription arrangements.
• Proven success improving commercial processes with measurable gains in cycle time, accuracy, efficiency, or customer/seller experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment; ability to use operational and financial data to prioritize improvements and make decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, and other functions in a matrixed organization.
