Head of Growth

We are a Executive Search consulting firm looking for a Head of Growth to lead the consumer finance business, optimize unit economics, and develop new sustainable growth levers.

Requirements

• +8 years of experience in growth, product growth, or digital marketing roles in fintech, technology, or B2C marketplaces.
• Proven experience scaling revenue, optimizing CAC, and improving conversion metrics and LTV.
• Strong unit economics domain (CAC, LTV, ROI, funnels).
• Experience building funnels, automations, and growth systems.
• Advanced use of business AI tools.
• Hands-on profile, with execution and solution construction capacity.
• Experience in high-scale or high-complexity B2C environments.
• Advanced or fluent English (exclusive)
