Role Overview
The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst will own analytics, reporting, and process for a dedicated segment of the revenue org, becoming the go-to person who turns raw performance data into reporting, programs, and workflows that team runs on day to day. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who’s equally comfortable building a dashboard, designing a process from scratch, and troubleshooting a broken workflow.
What You Will Do
The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst will own and manage all performance analytics and reporting for their assigned segment, giving leadership a clear, real-time view of how the business is performing. They will build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and recurring reports that leadership relies on to make decisions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be a player-coach with genuine analytical depth and a builder’s instinct, comfortable walking into a room of experienced GTM leaders and challenging their thinking with data. They will thrive on unstructured problems and ambiguity is their baseline, not their blocker.
