Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, direct response, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing
- Experience managing customer acquisition or engagement campaigns using segmentation, personalization, targeting, or triggered communications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend clear actions
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and coordinate effectively across teams
