Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to implement and execute impactful lifecycle campaigns, streamline processes, and drive operational initiatives forward. Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll build smart automations and focus on what truly drives results. As a member of the Lifecycle Team, you’ll work side by side with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Experience to drive growth across the whole customer journey.
What You Will Do
You’ll own campaigns from beginning to end, developing the strategy, creating content, coding, QAing, building the target audience, and launching, ensuring a cohesive process from concept to send. You’ll also analyze campaign performance and findings post-launch, using insights to iterate on content, targeting, and design for continuous optimization.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’re the kind of marketer who sees a customer journey not as a series of touchpoints, but as a story worth telling well — one that unfolds differently for every person, at exactly the right moment. You have a builder’s instinct: when something feels clunky or inefficient, you don’t wait for someone else to fix it, you dig in and make it better.

- Excellent organizational instincts, eagerly applied to marketing operations and governance
- Clear, low-ego communicator who can manage multiple stakeholder requests without dropping details

- Multiple medical plans to choose from
- 100% employer-covered dental & vision plans
