Role Overview

As a CP&O Specialist – Function Transparency, you will play a critical role in enabling financial transparency, governance, and performance management across our global corporate functions. You will drive end-to-end planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance review activities, ensuring financial information is accurate, transparent, and actionable.

Lead and coordinate global budgeting, forecasting, flash reporting, and financial planning activities for corporate functions. Deliver executive-level performance reporting and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance, or equivalent finance qualification.
• 5 – 8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, Business Finance, Financial Reporting, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, financial planning systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, digital initiatives, and organizational change.
