Sales Operations & Market Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Operations & Market Intelligence Analyst will conduct sales performance analysis, build business intelligence, complete market intelligence collection, administer sales tools, and support sales operations and commercial processes. The role requires a strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and data analysis capability. The Analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support business case development, strategic initiatives, and growth programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Engineering or related disciplines
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Market Intelligence, Strategy or Consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Strong data analysis capability using Python, SQL or similar tools
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
