Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, customization, and solution design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes. Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The candidate should also have experience managing and mentoring a team of 4–5 developers in current role. Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Salesforce Developers. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Bachelors in Engineering is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
