Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Operations Associate to optimize our sales processes, enhance efficiency, and drive sales growth through data-driven insights and strategic support for our sales teams. The role involves assisting the Sales Operations team in preparing quotations, proposals, and bidding documents, as well as obtaining internal approvals and signatures for sales documents and contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking information, keeping documents up-to-date, and supporting the Delivery Teams in preparing project acceptance document templates.

What You Will Do

Assist Sales Operations team in preparing quotations/proposals/bidding documents as per customers RFQ/RFP, assist in preparing contracts and related documents based on the approved proposals, obtain internal approvals and signatures for sales documents and contracts, follow up with customers to get the hard copies of fully signed contracts/sales documents, check the contracts/sales documents signed by customers to ensure completeness and accuracy, scan and store the contracts/sales documents in the designated repositories, keep track information of the contracts/sales documents on sales contract checklist and document repositories, keep track the status of the post-mail delivery for contracts and sales documents, support Delivery Teams in preparing project acceptance document templates, fulfill other tasks assigned by Sales Operations team, and relevant Stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Contract Administration, or similar roles. The candidate should have basic knowledge of contract administration and sales support processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, good written and verbal English communication skills, and be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable handling documentation and paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Basic knowledge of contract administration and sales support processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable handling documentation and paperwork
