Apprenticeship Sales Manager in Retail

Role Overview

Join H&M as a sales manager in retail through their apprenticeship program, combining fashion with leadership and growing beyond yourself. The program includes 1.5 years of sales training and 1.5 years of further education to become a sales manager. You will learn business processes, customer enthusiasm, and department leadership.

What You Will Do

As a salesperson or saleswoman, you will make customers enthusiastic, design store operations, and keep an eye on sales floors and backstage. After further education, you will support your department leader, take over planning, conduct conversations, and work with the window dresser and cash desk staff.
