Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creator Marketing Lead – Affiliate & Creator Commerce to shape and build how we work with creator-led commerce at scale. You’ll lead the strategic direction of our creator affiliate offering and turn that strategy into scalable capabilities, ways of working and measurable business results.

You’ll translate strategic priorities into clear plans, processes, tools and technology, while driving collaboration across teams and markets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within creator, influencer or affiliate marketing
• Proven experience building or scaling creator-led commercial or affiliate programmes
• Strong strategic planning and prioritisation skills
• A solid understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking, attribution, tools and technology supporting creator commerce
• A commercial mindset with a strong focus on measurable results, business impact and optimisation
• Experience managing budgets, priorities and performance across multiple initiatives or markets
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working across senior, cross-functional and international teams
• Experience leading, coaching or guiding specialists and coordinators in campaign delivery
• The ability to balance short-term commercial opportunities with long-term creator relationships and brand priorities
• A collaborative, curious and proactive approach, with the drive to build new capabilities and ways of working
