Sales Manager in Retail

Role Overview

As a sales manager in retail, you will be responsible for making customers enthusiastic about fashion and service, designing store operations, and keeping an eye on sales floors and backstage with your team. You will also support your department leader in everyday business, take over planning, conduct conversations, and work together with our window designers and cashiers.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include making customers enthusiastic, designing store operations, and keeping an eye on sales floors and backstage together with your team. You will also start directly in the further training and grow into the young leadership.

Requirements

• At least a vocational baccalaureate
• Ability to stay motivated even in stressful phases
• Communicative, creative, and curious
• Proactive and flexible
• Willing to work on Fridays and Saturdays
