Role Overview
The role involves inspiring customers with fashion and service, leading a successful department, and learning business processes. The training program is 1.5 years, and the candidate will start directly in sales, in the fitting room, or at the cash register.
What You Will Do
The tasks include inspiring customers, designing store operations, keeping sales areas and backstage together with the team, supporting departmental leadership, and working together with window designers and warehouse staff.
