Senior Manager, MarTech Platform Delivery

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, MarTech Platform Delivery, will support the technological direction of Carnival UK and lead a high-performing team to deliver the MarTech platform roadmap.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end delivery of the MarTech platform roadmap, leading and developing a high-performing platform delivery team, and driving integration between MarTech platforms and other capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading the delivery and evolution of MarTech platforms within complex organisations.
• Proven experience enabling marketing, personalisation and customer engagement through multidisciplinary teams, vendor partners and integrated technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of tagging, personalisation, marketing automation, data flows and the integration of MarTech platforms with wider digital capabilities.
• A degree-level qualification in Business, Technology, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
