Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by developing strategic customer relationships, expanding existing business, and identifying new sales opportunities. This role serves as the primary liaison between Holley Performance Brands and its customers, executing territory strategies that strengthen market share, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans, manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customer accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct regular customer visits, increase sales volume within assigned accounts, present products, promotions, and business solutions to customers, analyze customer needs, recommend product solutions, negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and sales agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of outside sales, territory management, or account management experience
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and consistently achieve sales objectives
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively
