Role Overview

Leith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Wendell is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will build, train, and motivate a quality sales organization, assist in hiring sales consultants, and negotiate trade-in deals with customers. The role requires a strong relationship with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will perform various duties, including building and maintaining a quality sales organization, assisting in hiring sales consultants, and conducting in-depth initial training sessions. The role also involves negotiating trade-in deals, staying informed about used vehicle inventory and pricing strategies, and monitoring daily sales operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
• Prior experience in automotive sales with a proven track record of success in selling vehicles and meeting sales targets
• Experience in a sales management role; proficient in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
