Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of The Home Depot’s Virtual Sales organization, enabling the Director of Inside Sales and three specialized teams to operate with efficiency, consistency, and scale. This role will support a growing team of inside sales associates with infrastructure, processes, data, and training resources.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning efforts, identifying operational inefficiencies, and developing and maintaining performance dashboards and KPIs across all three inside sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Consulting, HR, Learning & Development, or a related business function
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
• Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with associates, managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority
• Experience developing business processes, programs, or operational frameworks in a dynamic environment
• Champions the evaluation, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve associate productivity and customer experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results independently
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
