Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Martech Data Engineering is a key leadership role, driving the strategy & roadmap forward on the data side of the house. You will oversee a team of talented managers and engineers, while building strong partnerships and accountability across stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Leads the strategy and execution for Martech data capabilities, acts as the centralized Technology owner to define and grow the Marketing CDP capability, and partners closely with Enterprise Data & Analytics team and Data Product teams.

Requirements

• Mastery of an object oriented programming language (preferably Java)
• 10+ years of experience in Software/Data Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field. Advanced degree preferred
• Retail/similar background preferred. Technical leader who is also fluent in Marketing business concepts & strategies
