People Operations Advisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a practical, people-focused HR Advisor to join our People Operations team. You will support team members and managers across the business with day-to-day HR matters.

What You Will Do

Providing clear, practical HR advice to managers and team members on policies, processes and employment legislation, supporting performance management and employee relations matters.

You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR advisory role, ideally in retail or hospitality, and a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation.
