Head of FP&A

Role Overview

The Head of FP&A will own the annual plan, Board and investor reporting, and the financial analysis behind our biggest decisions, and will lead a high-performing team that turns numbers into clear recommendations.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, own the annual operating plan and budget, own Board, committee, and investor reporting, deliver monthly management reporting, run spend governance, and lead strategic analysis on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, including time at a high-growth technology company
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing finance teams
• Experience owning the annual planning process and preparing Board and investor materials
• Exceptional modeling skills, including metrics-driven revenue forecasts and integrated three-statement financial models
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation to FP&A work, and leading a team to adopt them
• Track record of partnering with executives and presenting to leadership and the Board to influence decisions across functions
• Solid foundation in financial accounting and management reporting
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
• Full proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
