Role Overview
The Product Operations Manager will sit on the Product team, report to the Head of Product and AI, and work day to day with PMs, designers, engineers, and care operations leaders. The role starts upstream, taking in feedback from care teams and providers, and bringing evidence-backed views to the Product team.
What You Will Do
The Product Operations Manager will own intake for feedback, size and rank what comes in, close the loop with Operations, and bring operational and clinical workflow expertise into specs and design reviews. They will also run shadow sessions, own launch readiness, and build AI-powered workflows.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in product operations, launch or program management, or care/clinical operations with significant product exposure. They will be able to explain complex changes to different stakeholders, be comfortable with data, and have experience building simple agents or automations.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product operations, launch or program management, or care/clinical operations with significant product exposure
- Experience running an intake or prioritization process
- Deep familiarity with healthcare operations
- Experience owning launches that changed how an operations team works day to day
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort with data
- Heavy, current use of AI tools in day-to-day work
- Ability to build systems other people keep using after you’ve moved on
