Role Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist will focus on email marketing and marketing automation, building campaigns, creating targeted audiences, and using performance insights to continuously improve communications.

The role involves planning, building, testing, and optimizing email campaigns, creating relevant audience segments, building automated workflows, and using performance insights to improve communications.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM marketing, or a similar digital marketing role, with practical experience working with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM marketing or a similar digital marketing role
• Practical experience working with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
• Experience creating email campaigns, automated workflows, audience segments, and customer journeys
• A good understanding of campaign performance and the ability to use data to improve future campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to campaign testing and quality assurance
• Comfortable working with CRM data and collaborating with Marketing and Sales stakeholders
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email adjustments is helpful, but you don’t need to be a developer
• Strong communication skills and confidence working in an international, collaborative environment
