Revenue Strategy & Analytics Director

Role Overview

We’re a fast-growing company driven by curiosity and a shared commitment to serving our customers, communities, and each other. We’re looking for a Revenue Strategy & Analytics Director to build a complete, trustworthy view of our sales-led business and use it to change how we run.

What You Will Do

You’ll design the instrumentation, automate the reporting, and hand the board, CEO, CFO, and CRO a single source they can act on. Then you’ll go after the gaps those numbers expose.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You’ll contribute by building Hover’s sales analytics and strategy function from a partial foundation into a system the whole company relies on. You’ll work with our CRO weekly, partner with our CFO, VP of Sales, and GTM Systems leadership, and lead a small analytics team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, or GTM analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience designing agentic and AI-assisted workflows
  • Strong Tableau skills or equivalent depth in another BI platform
  • A track record of turning analysis into executive-ready decks, models, and memos
  • Experience driving process or system change across a sales organization

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Meaningful equity in a fast-growing company
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited and flexible vacation policy
  • Paid Family Leave
  • Mandatory Self-Care Days
  • Remote Wellbeing Resources
  • Learning and education support
