Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, websites, search, and digital advertising. The role involves developing integrated digital campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, brand initiatives, and consumer education. The executive will also monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion.

Key responsibilities include developing digital initiatives to encourage consumer awareness, product consideration, and visits to optical retail outlets. The executive will also manage the company’s social media platforms, maintain and update website content, and ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and communication across digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or integrated marketing campaigns
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, digital advertising, and website content
• Familiarity with digital analytics and report tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and relevant social media insights platforms
• Good project management skills
• Strong analytical mindset and skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canvas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
