Role Overview
This role is responsible for responding to incoming inquiries from potential customers who have expressed interest in the organization’s offerings. The role assists in qualifying leads, processing orders, and guiding through the purchase journey while achieving and/or exceeding performance goals and quotas.
What You Will Do
Develops a basic understanding of the organization’s products or services, engages in conversations with potential customers, learns to handle common objections, identifies opportunities to suggest complementary products or services, and collaborates with management and experienced sales representatives.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)
