Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading AI and RPA initiatives and driving the strategic implementation of automation solutions across the organization.
What You Will Do
Defines the AI and RPA roadmap, prioritizing opportunities based on business value and technical feasibility. Leads and mentors engineers delivering AI applications, intelligent agents, RPA bots, and automation workflows.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically has 7–10 years of relevant experience in software development, AI, RPA, or enterprise automation.
- Hands-on experience in programming, cloud platforms, and application infrastructure, including delivery and support of production solutions.
- People management experience, including team development and performance management, is preferred.
