Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading and advising on critical business initiatives, overseeing analysts across finance sub-functions and geographies/organizations. The role drives financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results.

Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives, performs highly complex financial analysis, collaborates with business leaders, drives process improvements, and represents the business unit.

Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
