Print Marketing Communications & Engagement Lead

Role Overview

The Print Marketing Communications & Engagement Lead plays a critical role in how the global Print Marketing organization communicates, connects, and engages. This individual contributor will lead a portfolio of high-visibility communications, employee engagement, and organizational programs that bring Print Marketing’s priorities, culture, and community to life.

What You Will Do

The role includes ownership of key internal and executive communications, flagship employee meetings and experiences, employee engagement and recognition programs, and select executive and partner-facing initiatives.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, marketing, program management, organizational communications, or a related field.
• Experience working in a global, highly matrixed organization and partnering with senior leaders is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant project/program management certification is a plus.
