Business Development Expert

Role Overview

The Business Development Expert will support the commercial growth and market positioning of cloud, data center, and AI infrastructure offerings by driving business development and customer engagement activities while working as part of the data center project team.

What You Will Do

Lead business development activities, engage with customers, develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or related commercial roles
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer relationship management
• Strategic mindset with focus on innovation, sustainability, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, scalability, and energy optimization in digital infrastructure environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to coordinate across customers, vendors, consultants, OEMs, cloud partners, and internal cross-functional teams
• Strong project coordination and delivery capabilities with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong capability in documentation and proposal development
• Strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving role of AI in B2B business environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills
• Culturally adaptable, collaborative, and professional with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in fast-paced environments
