Product Operations Manager | Hybrid

Role Overview

The Product Operations Manager will own processes that keep product development moving, align teams, and make decisions grounded in data. They will run core processes independently and reliably, identify bottlenecks, and lead fixes.

What You Will Do

The Product Operations Manager will build and run great product processes, execute core product operations processes, identify bottlenecks, and use AI and automation to reduce manual effort. They will also support the Product Operations Director with core rituals, turn data into product insights, and keep teams aligned and enabled.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product operations, programme or project management, or a comparable role in a product-led organisation
• Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Notion)
• Proven experience of leveraging AI to automate workflows and reduce manual processes
• Comfort working with product data – you can pull it, interrogate it and present it
• Experience with an analytics platform (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker) is a plus
• A track record of running processes that span multiple teams and functions
• Excellent written and spoken English
