Hiring VP Digital Operations for a leading diversified family business group in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and smooth operation of all digital production platforms. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital platforms in production.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Relevant professional or technical certifications, such as ITIL 4 Foundation, Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic Observability Certifications, Cloud certifications, DevOps / SRE / ITIL certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent academic background)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital platforms in production, including mobile apps, APIs, and cloud services
  • Track record of improving platform stability, performance, and operational efficiency (reduced incidents, improved SLAs, stronger reliability metrics)
  • Strong background working in agile and DevOps-driven environments, with mature CI/CD, monitoring, and release processes
  • Experience leading operations for complex enterprise ecosystems, including multi-system integrations and vendor coordination
