Executive Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the CRO (Vedant).

You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day execution across sales, operations, and distribution runs smoothly and without gaps.

This is not a traditional assistant role focused on scheduling or administrative tasks. It is an execution-focused role where follow-through, coordination, and clarity are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily sales activity (store visits, conversions, orders)
• Coordinate between sales, logistics, and backend teams
• Follow up with retailers, distributors, and internal teams
• Ensure orders are delivered and issues are resolved on time
• Maintain structured tracking sheets and basic reporting systems
• Identify gaps in execution and ensure closure

Preferred Background

• <1 year of experience in operations, coordination, or startup environments
• Familiarity with basic tracking tools (Google Sheets, etc.)
• Freshers with strong clarity and discipline may be considered

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience and capability)
