The Senior Marketing & Brand Manager leads the overall brand strategy, marketing direction, and execution across B2B and B2C segments, driving strong market presence, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
Requirements
- Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistent brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all channels in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute integrated short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead go-to-market plans, multi-channel campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives across digital, retail, trade, e-commerce, and partnerships.
- Oversee CRM strategy, including acquisition, retention, loyalty, lifecycle management, and personalization.
- Align marketing, CRM, and sales enablement to ensure consistent brand and customer experience.
- Manage and develop B2B and B2C Marketing Supervisors and the CRM Head, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and market insights, translating data into actionable strategies.
- Act as key liaison with brand principals, agencies, and cross-functional teams to support brand growth and expansion initiatives.
