The Business Development Head is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

Requirements

  • Lead the development and execution of business growth strategies across pharmaceutical or FMCG channels
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets and KPIs
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team
