Senior Analyst, Data & Business Intelligence

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst, Data & Business Intelligence is HTeaO’s day-to-day owner of business reporting, ensuring leaders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and the support center have accurate, consistent, and timely information to make decisions.

What You Will Do

This role will pick up the Snowflake and Power BI assessment underway with an outside partner and lead the practical work that follows: cleaning up Power BI, defining shared metrics, and building reliable reporting on Snowflake.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and report design.
• Experience writing SQL against a cloud data warehouse; Snowflake experience strongly preferred.
• Experience cleaning up or consolidating an existing reporting environment preferred.
• Experience within restaurant, QSR, retail, hospitality, franchise, or other multi-unit environments preferred.
