Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the finance partner who makes smart, fast decisions about where to invest in people, capabilities, and tooling. You’ll serve as the primary finance partner to business leaders, helping them understand their spending, evaluate tradeoffs, and plan effectively across an annual cycle and beyond.

You’ll build the models, run the numbers, and translate that work into clear guidance that helps leaders make better decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership, develop cross-functional relationships, and grow your scope over time.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similarly structured analytical finance role
- Strong financial modeling skills and analytical rigor
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Track record of building trusted business partnerships
- Comfort working in ambiguity and creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist
- An AI-first operating mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office across financial models, reporting, and presentations
