Role Overview
The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the consolidation of enterprise financial plans and forecasts, strengthen financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.

The role will provide an enterprise-wide view of financial performance, help leaders evaluate opportunities, allocate resources, and align financial strategy with organizational priorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Ten (10) years of progressive finance experience
- Formal people leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading change management and transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, and core finance practices
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in complex organizational environments
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting systems, financial reporting tools, and related financial technologies
