Business Operations Analyst – Data

Role Overview

The Business Operations Analyst will help manage the operational backbone of the Data Strategy team, supporting workflows for data access, vendor processes, exchange reporting, and billing.

What You Will Do

Own and improve core data operations workflows, manage contract routing and renewals, support exchange reporting, and coordinate audit preparation across global venues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in market data operations, data vendor management, exchange licensing, financial operations, procurement operations, or a related role
• Strong understanding of operational workflows across data vendors, exchanges, contracts, billing, and reporting
• High attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows
• Experience collaborating with legal, finance, compliance, engineering, data, and business teams
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, regional licensing requirements, exchange workflows, or vendor ecosystems is a strong plus
