Marketing & Growth Lead (016 – 1397)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, autonomous Marketing & Growth Lead who can build, execute and continuously improve a measurable marketing engine. Your primary focus will be growing the company’s property management business, including attracting and converting property owners across different customer segments.

What You Will Do

Develop a deep understanding of target markets, customer motivations, pain points, objections, competitors and commercial objectives. Build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys from audience targeting and lead magnets through to enquiry, nurture, appointment and sales handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior, growth, or performance marketing, with measurable commercial results.
• Strong full-funnel marketing expertise, including lead generation, nurturing, conversion, CRM and customer journeys.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, with strong brand and messaging judgement.
• Ability to independently develop, execute and optimise marketing strategies based on data and business objectives.
• Hands-on experience across content, social media, paid advertising, SEO, email/database marketing and websites.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign tracking and performance reporting.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve research, content, productivity and marketing execution.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to manage priorities without micromanagement.
• Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and propose solutions.
