Role Overview
This is a hands-on marketing execution role with opportunities to contribute ideas and take increasing ownership over time. The central purpose of this role is to help the company attract and convert new ideal-fit organisations, nurture longer-term opportunities, and generate repeat and expanded work from current and previous clients.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, websites and other relevant digital channels. Create clear and engaging content, including LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, social media, website articles, landing-page copy and downloadable resources.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience executing B2B marketing campaigns from planning through to launch and review
- Excellent written English, grammar and copywriting skills, with the ability to write naturally for an Australian professional audience
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, email, social media, websites and landing pages
- Experience building or managing marketing funnels, lead magnets and email nurture sequences
- Confidence using email marketing platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot
- Experience using CRM systems and managing lead data; Pipedrive experience is preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Make or similar
- Working knowledge of WordPress and page builders such as Elementor
- Working knowledge of SEO, website optimisation and marketing analytics
- Experience creating professional graphics in Canva or similar software
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy, originality and brand quality
- Strong organisation and project-management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
