Role Overview

The Senior Business Data Analyst will play a key role in helping to turn data into better commercial, customer and operational decisions across its brands and retail, digital and wholesale channels. This is a hands-on role that combines strong analytical capability with business partnering, working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What You Will Do

Analyse customer, product, sales, inventory and operational data, identify trends and performance drivers, challenge assumptions, and provide recommendations that directly support business priorities.

Requirements

• Experience analysing data and presenting findings to business stakeholders
• Experience turning business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations
• Experience defining metrics, business rules and data requirements
• Industry knowledge
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel and data visualisation
• Practical experience with PowerBI or a similar BI tool
• Experience with Snowflake or a similar data platform would be useful
• Exposure to advanced analytics or AI-driven data analytics would be an advantage
