Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will lead the integrated business planning process and own one credible view of demand, supply, earnings, and cash.
What You Will Do
Lead Global Markets IBP, explain performance against budget, forecast, and prior year through commercial drivers, build auditable models, run scenarios, and prepare concise analysis.

Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
- CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA desirable
- Significant FP&A, commercial finance, strategy, or consulting experience
- Proven ownership of planning, forecasting, or IBP across multiple markets
- Advanced integrated modelling across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Confident communicator who can influence senior leaders and coach others
