  • Develop and maintain standardized procedures, templates, and guidelines for project documentation and proposal coordination.
  • Assist with monitoring performance indicators related to proposal activity, project documentation, and operational transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records, project information, and activity tracking within the organization’s customer relationship management system.
  • Coordinate meetings, project discussions, and internal planning sessions, distributing follow-up communications as needed.
  • Document meeting outcomes, outstanding responsibilities, deadlines, and assigned action items.
  • Monitor outstanding deliverables and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
  • Prepare written communications, project summaries, progress reports, and other supporting business documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure relevant project information is accessible to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, business operations, or a comparable administrative or operational support function.
  • Previous involvement in developing scopes of work, coordinating formal proposals, or managing requests for proposals.
