Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships.

You will provide excellent customer service, process customer transactions accurately, and balance daily while providing exemplary customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service or military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
