Role Overview
The Financial Operations Specialist will manage full cycle billing and collections processes, follow up with clients and agencies, and research and resolve discrepancies and billing errors.
What You Will Do
The role involves performing all Managed Service Provider billing and reverse billing, researching and resolving unapplied MSP cash balances, handling MSP vendor inquiries, and completing billing, usage, discrepancy, and other reports as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to use Excel and other computer programs, and will be able to communicate effectively with area associates and management.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Additional coursework preferred
- One to two years of previous billing, accounting or payroll experience preferred
- Knowledge of related computer applications
- E-verify requirements
