We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and tech-savvy Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing, AI-driven software company in Germany.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience, preferably handling SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise AI/deep-tech solutions.
  • Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
  • Enterprise Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex corporate structures, legal/procurement cycles, and speak confidently with C-level executives.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Advanced skills in account-based prospecting using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or automation, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple business terms.
