Role Overview
The Data Analyst Apprenticeship Programme is a 18-month development programme designed to develop technical knowledge, professional skills, and confidence to kick-start a career in data analysis. The programme is open to individuals with no insurance experience, and the successful candidate will work in the Data Science & Analytics team, supporting live data projects and learning how to turn data into real business impact.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will gain exposure to both data analytics and data science, helping to understand how analysis, reporting, and data models can be used to solve different business problems. They will also learn how to turn findings into clear reports for key business stakeholders, build technical skills by learning to use tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python, and work alongside experienced colleagues to take on more responsibility.

Requirements
- Have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years
- Have achieved a grade C/4 in GCSE English and B/5 in GCSE Maths
- Not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with the content of this apprenticeship
