Role Overview
The Senior Salesforce Developer develops, enhances, and supports Salesforce solutions that enable critical business processes and technology initiatives. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, build integrations across systems, and deliver secure, high-quality applications that improve operational efficiency, data flow, and user experience.
What You Will Do
The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions that address business requirements and improve operational processes. They will translate functional and technical requirements into application components, workflows, and system enhancements on the Salesforce platform.

Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience
- Hands-on experience with Apex development, declarative automation, and Salesforce platform customization
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party services
- Experience supporting scalable workflows, transaction processing, and multi-system integrations
- Experience supporting business-critical applications, workflow solutions, or transaction processing systems in enterprise environments
