Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will independently administer and support the Salesforce platform across multiple applications, maintaining stable operations, secure access, data integrity, and platform standards.
What You Will Do
The role involves managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, and public groups, supporting user onboarding, access requests, troubleshooting, and day-to-day platform administration.

Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce administration across applicable clouds and enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, user access, data management, configuration, and environment administration
- Ability to configure flows, objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and related platform features
- Ability to independently analyze and resolve moderately complex platform and user issues
- Ability to evaluate requests and recommend solutions consistent with established standards
- Knowledge of platform governance, audit, compliance, and data-protection requirements
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver accurate work with limited supervision
- Ability to identify process and automation improvements
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
