FP&A Team – Senior Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis serves as Head of the FP&A team, with primary responsibility for Corporate FP&A, including corporate-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, management reporting, and performance analysis.

Lead financial performance management and P&L analysis across business segments, and serve as a key finance partner to executive leadership, delivering decision-relevant insights, forecasts, and financial recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver financial insights to senior management
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and segment/customer P&L analysis, including cost allocation methodologies
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Experience in leading an FP&A team in a managerial or Head of Team capacity
• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, budget modeling, and business performance management skills
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into executive-level insights and recommendations
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of SAP HANA, including configuration of allocation rules, GL/cost center mapping, and test-to-production deployment
